Tourists At Kempty Waterfalls - Mussoourie

During October last year, I went to Mussoourie which is situated in Uttaranchal, and believe me, it is nothing less than a heaven. For those who are fond of hill stations, there are few better places than Mussoourie. It was a 2 days trip and we enjoyed a lot. Mussoourie is a beautiful hill station sourrounded by the Himalayan mountains. First we went to to Dehradun and hired a tourist bus as we wanted to see Kempty water fall which is the main attraction of Mussoourie. Our journey started next day as we are not habbitual of mountain journey many of us got acclimatized first. However after few hours journey, we finally reached to Kempty waterfall its a 200 feet waterfall which was freezing. Then also some of our friends dared to bath under it . If anybody wants to be very close to nature and indulge in Eco-Tourism, Mussoourie is the best option.

We also had a great time trekking on the hills. During trek, we saw huge mountains covered with snow. The temperature in the area was a great and this made adventure sports really pleasurable. I found Mussoourie a great place for shopping. I bought good quality woolen clothes and carpets. In all, the trip to Mussoourie was very good, and very pleasing.
